Abstract:

In this article discussed key methodological aspects of the Registers of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Discussed the basic approaches to modeling functional data structures of Registers, for example IDEF0 methodology, followed by the definition of essential primary health care data sets. The problems of standardization of medical records for unification of CVD Registers are shown.
