Abstract:
In the present study two preventive health examination orders were analyzed and compared. The order of preventive health examination used by the Center of Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service in Saratov Region (CMSR) and the Protocol of preventive health examination in dedicated adult groups, approved by Russian Ministry of Health were studied to identify opportunities for CMSR preventive health care modernization. Functional IDF0 model of CMSR prevention care process was constructed. Peculiarities of CMSR preventive health examination were identified: i) individualized prevention and its integration into primary care; ii) high intensity of individual preventive follow-up; iii) the key role of a physician in determining the plan of preventive examination.
